Call of Duty: Black Ops III’s Zombies Chronicles DLC Confirmed, Rematers Classic Zombie Maps

Awhile back, there were rumors that some new DLC for Black Ops III called Zombie Chronicles was coming. Well, it’s official: Zombie Chronicles is officially coming this month.

The news comes way of an announcement from senior executive producer Jason Blundell, who made the announcement in a rather interesting video, which you can check out below. The DLC will be made up of eight classic Zombie maps, remastered for Black Ops 3. These maps include:

  • Call of Duty: World at War – Nacht der Untoten, Verruckt, and Shi No Numa
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops – Kino Der Toten, Ascension, Shangri-la, and Moon
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops II – Origins

There’s currently no word on price yet, but you can expect to download on May 16th on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. There’s no word on price yet, though we’ll probably hear more about that soon. As someone who actually really likes the Zombie mode in previous Call of Duty games, I dig this. I just hope that one day the mode gets its own standalone release. That would be pretty epic.
