The Nintendo Gaming Lounge, which is always a popular attraction at San Diego Comic-Con, will be at the Marriott Marquis and Marina again this year, and the list of events has finally been announced! There are full details on the games, the events and any other activities that Nintendo will have on hand for the four days.

The hours begin Thursday, July 24 at 10am to 7pm and these hours will run for Friday and Saturday as well. On Sunday July 27, the hours change a little from 10am to 5pm. The floor is open to not only attendees, but the general public.

The games in the lounge are available for the Wii U and the 3DS.

Nintendo 3DS

  • Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS from Nintendo
  • Pokémon Art Academy from Nintendo
  • Professor Layton vs. Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney from Nintendo
  • Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal from SEGA
  • THEATRHYTHM FINAL FANTASY CURTAIN CALL from Square Enix, Inc.
  • Shovel Knight from Yacht Club Games (Nintendo eShop)
  • Siesta Fiesta from Mojo Bones Ltd. (Nintendo eShop)

Wii U

  • Super Smash Bros. for Wii U from Nintendo
  • Hyrule Warriors from Nintendo
  • Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker from Nintendo
  • Yoshi’s Woolly World from Nintendo
  • Mario Kart 8 from Nintendo
  • Bayonetta 2 from Nintendo
  • Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric from SEGA
  • Just Dance 2015 from Ubisoft

There is also a Super Smash Bros. tournament for the Nintendo 3DS that will start at noon, Friday July 25. You can sign up for the tournament that same morning and it will be first-come, first-serve. Super Smash Bros. is not the only tournament taking place as there are others on Friday and Saturday, those will also be streamed via Twitch.tv. The event is call the “Nintendo Challenge Live” and is listed as “intense tournament competition and awesome game-play challenges from some of the hottest upcoming games on Nintendo platforms.” Mario Kart 8 is available for the guests for an online competitive.

Amiibo figures for the Wii U and the 3DS will be on hand and Tomodachi Life “where visitors can recharge their minds, bodies and Nintendo 3DS systems”. Bayonetta 2 for the Wii U will be playable in the gaming lounge and a screening of the anime feature Bayonetta: Bloody Fate on Friday July 25 at 9:35pm. The screening will be at the Marriott Hall Room 4 and a Con badge is required for this event.

Lastly, Nintendo will also be inside the convention center with a booth, #235 and it will be all about Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo 3DS.
