Spider-Man is certainly popular, but what about his female counterpart? As you probably know, San Diego Comic-Con has been going on, and Spider-Woman will be getting her very own comic once again! This new book will have writing from Dennis Hopeless and art from Greg Land, and an image has already been shown of the new series, showing Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew) alongside a new spider powered character named Silk. She may not sound familiar, because she just recently debuted in Amazing Spider-Man #4 this week.

It’ll be interesting to see where it leads, as Spider-Woman will be teaming up with Silk after being targeted by Morlun. Spider-Woman has also made some side appearances in Brian Micahel Bendis’ New Avengers, and in other Avengers comics. There was also a series called Agent of S.W.O.R.D. From the sounds of the details, this latest Spider-Woman story will span the entire multiverse, so we’ll see where that leads. Spider-Woman #1 will launch in November of this year.
