SDCC 2014: Wonder Woman’s Costume in ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’ Revealed!

It was announced a few months ago that Gal Gadot would be taking on the role of our favorite Amazonian, Wonder Woman, in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice.  While many were skeptical about this casting decision, a new image has been released on Warner Bros.’ Facebook page following the Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice panel at San Diego Comic-Con today, and the new image just might change your mind about Gal’s ability to evoke Wonder Woman.

The image shows our first look at Wonder Woman’s costume in the new film– and it is looking quite awesome.  The new Wonder Woman costume doesn’t stray too much from her well-known attire, leaving the same overall concept; however, the new version looks darker and grittier.

Check out Wonder Woman in action as Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice premiers in theaters in May of 2016.
