Natasha Romanova first graced comic book pages in 1964 with Tales of Suspense #52. Better known as Black Widow, Natasha is a skilled martial artist, marksman, linguist and computer programmer. Deriving her namesake and many of her skills from the Black Widow Program operated by the Soviet Union after World War II, she was genetically enhanced similar to Captain America, granting her superb physical and mental capacity. The genetic serum also gave her a vastly lengthened lifespan and youthful looks. A capable agent, she is one of the top agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Cosplayer Alexandria the Red has been through a scuffle as Black Widow. Blood smeared on her face and chest gives a sense of realism to this sexy cosplay. Rocking a blue bodysuit, it is adorned with the S.H.I.E.L.D logo on the arm. Black fingerless gloves and her Widow’s Bite cartridges finish off the outfit.
