Ragyo Kiryuin is one of these amazing characters. Instantly recognizable with her rainbow winged hair and glamorous dresses, Ragyo is the true antagonist of Kill la Kill.
Ragyo is the first person to have discovered the original Life Fiber. True to her antagonist role in the series, she plotted to take over the world with Life Fibers. Without spoiling her history and role in the anime, her actions clearly demonstrate her cruelty and ruthlessness.
