2017 is already looking to be a good year for gaming, but it’s also the year where many game franchises turn anywhere from 5 to 30 years old. I’m certain many of the developers will be looking to celebrate the anniversary of their games so fans should be in for a great time with some of their favorite franchises.

Some old franchises include Mega Man and Phantasy Star turning 30 years old this year. Along with them are some of the younger ones such as Dishonored and the Wii U both turning 5 this year. 2017 certainly seems to be the year of celebrating great franchises.
