Today Ubisoft revealed that the upcoming Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is getting some pre-order missions, and have released a brand new trailer for the pre-order DLC, which you can check out below.
Titled “The Darwin and Dickens Conspiracy” the DLC missions will follow main protagonists Evie and Jacob Frye as they interact with and help the famous writer Charles Dickens and the world famous geologist Charles Darwin in various missions, ranging from destroying toxic chemical plants to hunting ghosts. The DLC will be free for anyone who pre-orders the game, though those who choose not to can presumably get the missions at a later date. This isn’t the first time that an Assassin’s Creed character interacted with famous historical figures, as one of the things the series prides itself on is being able to explore and interact with an accurate recreation historical period, which includes the various assassins interacting with the likes of George Washington, Leonardo Da Vinci, or Black Beard in Assassin’s Creed IV. Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is set to release on October 23rd for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, while the PC is getting the game on November 19th.
