Awesomenauts To Get A New Character
Even though it’s been out for a little more than three years, 2D MOBA Awesomenauts is still being supported by developer Ronimo Games. Today, the studio revealed that with the launch of the game’s 2.12 update, the game will get a new character. The best part? She’ll be available for free for all players, regardless of whether they bought the Starstorm expansion or not.
The character in question is named Ksenia, and according to the game, she’s “a hairdresser assassin from space”. A new video of her was released as well, which you can check out below, and from the looks of things, she prefers to fight from a distance, though she can get up close and personal if she needs to. Combine that with the fact that she loves to make haircutting puns, and it’s safe to say that Ksenia is a cut above the rest of the Awesomenauts.
Ksenia will be available on September 21st, alongside update 2.12. The game and its expansion pack are available now for the PC, while the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 have there own version called Awesomenauts Assemble.
