If you’ve been keeping up with us, then you already knew that a DLC announcement was coming. It might have been a day late, but better late than never! Along with the reveal of Clash in the Clouds, came a peek at what gamers can expect to be released next. After a reluctant departure from Rapture – at least on my end, gamers will finally be able to go back. BioShock Infinite will visit the city under the sea once more in Burial at Sea. This piece of DLC and the one that will follow after it offer more of a narrative experience than Clash in the Clouds does.

The first episode of Burial at Sea throws protagonist Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth Comstock in Andrew Ryan’s underwater oasis which was built around 1958. Just like in Infinite, players will be able to see Rapture through his eyes. That means there will be new plasmids/vigors, new weapons, new skylines, and even Big Daddies to take on.

Episode 2 will put players in the role of Elizabeth, though she’s not the Elizabeth gamers have grown to love. She’s a little different this time around, and it’ll be something for players to look forward to. Details as far as a release date are unknown at this point, but if gamers want to get their hands on either episode they have been priced at $14.99 a piece. That’s only if you don’t have the season pass of the game, for those who both items will be free.
