Halo 4 TV Series

It’s the announcement of the century. The one we’ve all been waiting for. Yes, you read the title right, your eyes aren’t deceiving you.

Our predictions were right and Halo: The Master Chief Collection is coming to Xbox One this November. After an incredible and dramatic unveiling at E3, Microsoft gave us some details on the upcoming collection.

The Master Chief Collection will feature Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 2, Halo 3 and Halo 4. It also includes every multiplayer map from each game, with no additional changes. In addition, each game is going to be developed in the exact same engine as they were originally made in, but running in 1080p and 60fps.

All the games included in this bundle are all being completely updated, with new textures, models and sounds but you will be able to switch back to the same graphics as before in game if you prefer. Blur Studios have also announced that they are developing cutscenes which will delve deep into Master Chief’s history and background, giving players a feel for the character a bit more.

Aside from the games, you get access to the beta of Halo 5’s multiplayer and you’re able to watch the Halo: Nightfall series.

Thanks Microsoft, you’ve made us all incredibly happy!
