Horror Game Nevermind Gets Harder the More Scared You Get

Generally, when you’re playing a scary game it already has all the spooky bits worked out. With the title Nevermind, that’s definitely not the case, and gamers might hate – or love, the title’s scare tactics. Nevermind uses a heart rate monitor, or cues picked up by how a player reacts and/or behaves, in order to check how scared said player is. Once the scare-o-meter is gauged, and anxiety levels rise, so does the difficulty of Nevermind. If that doesn’t cause your heart to race a little already, Nevermind sure will.

Valve has already given their seal of approval for the title on Steam for both PC and Mac, and thatgamecompany lead Jenova Chen is excited for what Nevermind has to bring. The creator of Nevermind, Erin Reynolds, is hoping that the title will be funded through Kickstarter – though as it stands there are only a few more hours left on the clock.
