Lead From The Front Or Calculate Your Attack In Dragon Age: Inquisition

Posted July 29, 2014 by

BioWare’s Dragon Age series has always been known for its mixture of tactical and action oriented combat, creating a unique gameplay style that has gone on to make it one of the best selling fantasy adventure role-playing franchises of the last few years. In the latest trailer released by BioWare earlier today, the studio has given more depth and detail on the many options players have when engaging everything from demons to dragons in the latest entry, Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Taking a page from the first and second entries in the series, the combat style in Dragon Age: Inquisition offers players the flexibility to either lead the charge, pushing through the enemy with vigor and sheer brute force, choosing to settle things by the tips of their swords, or take their time and plan things out, calculating with all the information available, choosing instead to forge strategies and approaches that fell the enemy with wit and superior tactics instead.

Dragon Age: Inquisition is set for release on PC, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on November 18th later this year.
