Dontnod Entertainment has released a new trailer for the upcoming second episode in their story-driven adventure game Life is Strange, scheduled for release this March 24th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PC. In the trailer, we see Max and Chloe working together to unravel the mystery surrounding Rachel’s disappearance, as well as uncover the many mysteries surrounding Blackwell Academy. But things aren’t always so simple, as Max must also content with the visions of disaster that plague her, and may soon be plaguing her small Oregon town.
Published by Square-Enix, Life is Strange centers on themes of memory and identity, much like Dontnod’s previous title Remember Me. But instead of taking place in a futuristic world, Life is Strange is far more analog, which gives the game a much more nostalgic feel and tone. Episode 1 was released in late January, and was met with overwhelmingly positive reviews with over 7600 user reviews and a 97% recommendation rate on Steam. Life is Strange Episode 2 is expected to drop this March 24th. Check out the trailer below.
