Looks Like Another Fan Has Made a Resident Evil 2 HD Remake

It looks like another Resident Evil 2 HD Remake has been made, and once again Capcom has no hand in it. As the previous remake, this HD version of Resident Evil 2 was made by a fan as well, taking models and environments from Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicles in order to use them to make the Resident Evil 2 HD Remake. One question that might come to fans’ minds is why hasn’t Capcom jumped on the opportunity to remake Resident Evil 2 themselves, especially with fans doing it on their own. Whether Capcom will heed this possible hint, hint nudge nudge that fans are interested in a remake will only be told with time.

For now, fans can enjoy a video that shows the fan-made Resident Evil 2 HD Remake that was worked on by Italian developers who plan to put out an alpha. At least fans can hold themselves over with the Italian developers HD remake, and hopefully Capcom will bite. If not, fingers crossed the alpha comes out soon.
