New Details Concerning Final Fantasy XV’s Season Pass Revealed

Recent news revealed that Final Fantasy XV would be getting a season pass, which included new characters, story, holiday items, and more. Today, Square Enix shared some more details about the season pass, via the game’s official website.

As translated by Siliconera, each of the game’s DLC story episodes are going to give players the ability to control one of the other characters—Ignis, Gladiolus, and Prompto. We also know that the DLC Booster Pack will offer a number of powerful weapons, to help players along their journey. While the Holiday Pack will contain a number of aesthetic items, that will “make your game more gorgeous.” The last item on the Season Pass list will be “Final Fantasy XV Online Expansion Pack.” It will offer players “a completely new way to play Final Fantasy XV.” Could that mean Final Fantasy XV will be getting a multiplayer element?

The Season Pass is available for pre-purchase now at the price point of $24.99. Final Fantasy XV will release September 30th, 2016 for PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
