Troy Baker, who is the voice actor of Joker in the upcoming Batman: Arkham Origins, read Joker’s “The Killing Joke” monologue at the panel of New York Comic Con 2013. He had to read this during his audition and was sent other materials to voice over as the Joker to make sure he was the best fit for the role. This material included lines and paragraphs of dialogue from previous Batman games and a handful of other sources. The audience wanted to hear this voice over of “The Killing Joke” by Troy Baker and he delivered.

The crowd loved it and it shows why Troy is the best fit for Joker in Batman: Arkham Origins. To end the panel he also sang a little tune as the Joker reminding everyone that Batman: Arkham Origins comes out on October 25th. Check out the video for yourself to see it in action. Batman: Arkham Origins will be on the Playstation 3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and PC.
