Warner Bros. and Rocksteady are teasing a new trailer for the next installment in their Arkham series of Batman games, Batman: Arkham Knight. Entitled “All Who Follow You”, the new trailer will reveal a yet-unannounced character, who many astute fans think could be Azrael. Azrael in the Arkhamverse is Michael Lane, a troubled cop in a secret program to create a replacement Batman should the Dark Knight ever meet an untimely end. Lane was enhanced physically to the point of peak human condition, much like Bruce Wayne himself, and was later recruited by the Order of Purity, a secret society of religious fanatics that use both mysticism and deadly force that ultimately puts him at odds with the Batman.

Unlike the first two games in the series, Arkham Knight won’t see the return of writer Paul Dini, who also worked on the highly acclaimed cartoon TV show, but does see the return of famed voice actor Kevin Conroy as Batman, who has been playing the character in television and games for well over 20 years. With a game world that lets players glide around both as Batman, as well as drive the Batmobile through the streets of Gotham, the title is being developed for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows PC with pushing the next gen consoles to their limits. Batman: Arkham Knight is scheduled for release June 23rd, 2015.
