Screenshots For Ace Attorney 6 Show Off New Characters, Location

A few days ago, Capcom announced that a new game in the Ace Attorney series was in development, called Ace Attorney 6. We didn’t know much about it at the time, outside of some translated scans from Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu, but now we have some screenshots, showing off some new characters and a new courtroom.

The screenshots come courtesy of the game’s website, which recently went live, with some of the screenshots come from Japanese site Dengeki Online. The art shows off full body artwork of the main characters, the titular ace attorney himself Phoenix Wright, a young boy, and woman; what role the latter two play is still to be seen. In addition, we also get some new screenshots showing that the game will take place in a rural mountain town, complete with traditional Asian buildings, a far cry from the modern Japanese city that most games take place in.

We don’t really know much about Ace Attorney 6 for the moment, though these screenshots certainly help shed a light somewhat on what the new game will be like. We do know that the game is set to release exclusively on the Nintendo 3DS, is being designed so that the experience is much smoother than previous games, and most importantly, it is coming out in the West. In addition, more info for the game will be revealed at the upcoming Tokyo Game Show, which hopefully means a trailer of some kind.
