The Sims 4 is awfully close now. You’re probably just itching to watch some gameplay, right? Well this isn’t just any old gameplay video, it’s a 15 minute one straight from the Sims YouTube channel. In it, producer Ryan Vaughn discusses how the gameplay is going to work this time around. He focuses a lot on the inclusion of how emotions factor into the gameplay. For example, if your Sim is angry for whatever reason, he/she will do better during workouts in the gym, for example. Other emotional gameplay tie-ins like these will have to be tested when the game comes out.
The Sims 4 will be releasing to the public on September 2nd for PC for the states, Europe and Australia will be getting it two days later on September 4th, followed by the UK on September 5th. Other little gameplay features will probably be revealed as the game’s release date gets even closer, and they could even come in the form of a video like this new one.
