Zen Studio’s South Park Super Sweet Pinball Launches This Week
Zen Studios are launching their two South Park-themed pinball tables this week, hitting all platforms except Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. Entitled South Park: Super Sweet Pinball, and South Park: Butters’ Very Own Pinball Game, the tables will be part of Zen Pinball and Pinball FX for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation Vita, Mac OS, Windows, iOS, and Android. Super Sweet Pinball features Stan, Kyle, Kenny, Cartman, and the rest of the residents of the quiet little Colorado mountain town, such as Wendy, Jimmy, Timmy, Mr. Garrison, and Mr. Hankey just to name a few.
Butters’ Very Own Pinball Game is centered around the friendly and innocent Butters, particularly around the episodes Marjorine, in which Butters is sent in undercover to steal the girls’ future telling device (after having traumatically faked his own death by sending a pig corpse over the ledge of a tall building), Professor Chaos, where he takes on the identity of the world’s most diabolical bringer of destruction and doom (such as messing up orders at restaurants and trying to destroy the atmosphere by spraying aerosol cans into the air), and Imaginationland where Butters finds himself in a world of imagination and splendor (that is quickly attacked by terrorists, resulting in Kurt Russell being killed by Christmas Critters).
On PlayStation platforms, the tables will be cross-buy supported, with Zen Studios suggesting players buy the PlayStation 3 or Vita versions first, then importing into PlayStation 4.
