Left 4 Dead 2 has been out since 2009. Now here we are over 2 1/2 years later and, instead of a sequel, we are getting some new DLC. But trust me this is no complaint. Because if your a fan of the series, a zombie killing lover, or a co-op obsessive freak, then the Cold Stream downloadable content is for you.

What you get with this new DLC is a new campaign called Cold Stream. Within the vast mountains and forest areas lies creeks filled with zombies, lots of highs and lows, tight rope bridges and  open areas for you to get lost in as you and your friends try to survive the hordes of undead out for blood.

Outside of the new campaign, you’re also getting four out of the five campaigns from the original Left 4 Dead: Crash Course, Death Toll, Dead Air and Blood Harvest. All of the past campaigns will have everything that was new in the second game available like better graphics, melee weapons, newer guns, attachment (like the red dot) and more.

To round out this package, the Cold Stream DLC also gives players free access to all of the mutations. If you’re a fan of this, it’s open season for you. On the Xbox 360 version, however, you will need to own The Passing DLC to access Mutations mode.
