Pokemon Bank Has Been Updated To Support Sun And Moon Pokemon

Those with Pokemon Bank can now transfer Pokemon Between Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon. This is a great way for players who have played some of the other Pokemon games to see their old Pokemon back in action.

The update allows players to transfer their Pokemon from the Nintendo 3DS Virtual Console versions of Pokémon Red, Pokémon Blue and Pokémon Yellow into Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon. After being transferred, hidden attributes, such as Abilities, Natures, Sp. Atk and Sp. Def will become visible.

The update also introduces two new features to Pokemon Bank. The first new feature is The Pokédex, which allows players to see information about Pokemon registered in each of the Pokemon series games that have been connected to Pokémon Bank. The other new feature is  Adventure Records, which allows players to look back on their adventures in the Pokemon series.

Lastly, players who access the Pokemon Bank between January 25th and October 2nd will receive Mewnium Z, the Z-Crystal for the Mythical Pokémon Mew, which cannot be obtained through normal gameplay. The crystal allows Mew to use the powerful Z-Move Genesis Supernova.
