Warning: Spoilers ahead!

The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are working on their next mission. A train is on its way to Italy and the gang is on it, undercover. Agent May isn’t so excited about the operation while Simmons, on the other hand, is well prepared.

The team is getting settled in; Fitz and Skye are a couple kicking back, wanting to tour Italy, have a nice dinner and enjoy one another. May and Ward are a couple checking in first class, while Simmons and Coulson are a dad and daughter spreading ashes. With the comms set, the quest to find the case is on – which hopefully will lead them to Ian Quinn, the one man they have been after for quite sometime.

Simmons gets into character by getting emotional and, with ashes in tow, she bumps into the person they are in search of. With May on the top of the train, she is able to track the ashes to the back, where the package is located.

Comms are down and no one is able to communicate. Ward, dressed as a conductor, pushes to the back where the package is at so he can tag it. A woman asks him to take the luggage into her room and, with the excuse of being busy, he will send someone to help. He eventually helps her with the luggage but she pulls out a gun and holds him hostage. Ward, being the outstanding member that he is, escapes.

Ward heads to where Simmons is located and tells her to get back where Skye and Fitz are. She heads back, and Ward rushes to the dining car but the guys they are after knows they are after them, so they retaliate. Ward and Coulson run to the back of the train and jump off, and one of the men throws a grenade of some kind and the train they were on vanishes in mid-air. Where did it go?

Coulson and Ward manage to stumble upon a running vehicle, so they board it and get to the plane. While on the plane, they contact someone who can help them, so Coulson sends the coordinates and he is on his way. Ward puts the device on the table and tries to run the holograph table like Fitz and Simmons do, but they are not successful. Coulson wants it enlarged, but they settle for just getting the stats over to HQ. Their help comes in and says he knows where the agents are but May comes up behind him, beaten and bruised and takes him down. May knows something and needs to fill Coulson and Ward in.

From Agent May’s perspective, she has gun fire and uses her shoot to get off the train. Coulson and Ward are frozen in time but they are indeed alive. She manages to hard start the car that Ward and Coulson take to the plane so they can get to a safe place, but the man that Coulson and Ward were going to help, has taken May into custody, ties her up and wants the team. May isn’t budging so she is tortured with a knife. Laughing, he turns his back and May takes them all down. The man pulls up to the train and tells them that he knows where the agents are at. May takes him down.

Back at Skye and Fitz’s perspective, the two are working on the computers, tracking what May is seeing. The two notice the comms are down and they are using a scrambler. A team from Cybertech burst in using weapons. The same grenade that has thrown Ward and Coulson off is used. Simmons is okay but Fitz and Skye put her in a safe place with a weapon until she wakes up.

With the train stopped, Fitz and Skye see the package being loaded into the back of a vehicle and decide to follow it. With an extra beacon, they set it once they get to a location. Skye gets the gun and Fitz has something to dismantle the cars so they can’t escape. Simmons makes her way inside quietly to a room where the package could be and a machine that is keeping Peterson alive.

Ian Quinn finds her, takes her gun and holds her down. They pull Peterson out of the barrel and he wakes up, amputated and with his eye that gives him orders. This could get interesting. Ian Quinn puts a machine on his amputated leg and with the package next to him, he activates is and a leg comes out of it. The Clairvoyant have been behind this the entire time.

Peterson is mad and since he doesn’t have orders to kill anyone, he storms out. Skye isn’t so lucky and Quinn shoots her. With no one to save her, will she be rescued by the rest of the agents?

The Cryotech men are trying to move operations and the agents bust in just in time. With Skye down, no pulse, Coulson finds her and screams for help from Simmons. Thankfully that barometric chamber will hold pressure and keep her breathing until they can get her to a medical facility. Coulson is upset that someone who is turning out to be so close is not talking and Ward is taking it out on himself. The agents seem to be taking it out on themselves.

Mike Peterson is out, trying to find someone, his son and is not able to see him. His leg, is Cybertech property and his new name, Deathlok!
