Do you like Super Mario Maker, but hate that you have to own a Wii U to play it? If so, you’ll be happy to know that Super Mario Maker is on it’s way for the PC! Well, sort of; you see it’s a fan game based on the Mario level making phenomenon called Super Mario ReMaker (I see what they did there).
In the new trailer, which you can check out below (assuming of course Nintendo’s lawyers haven’t released the cease and desist orders already), the game is aiming to be more than just a fan game, as it adds new elements from the Game Boy Color game Super Mario Bros. Deluxe, promises to fix some of the problems the game had, like a lack of slopes and browsable search system, as well as bunch of unique costumes, such as one based on Homestar Runner. A demo is also available for download as well, so if you like what you see, you better download it while you have the chance.
Personally, I’d recommend sticking with the original Super Mario Maker, which is available now exclusively for the Wii U. Still, you can’t help but marvel at what some fans are capable of.
