From Software’s Bloodborne is getting a new expansion, which is set to add not only new areas to explore and be murdered in, but new weapons to try and stave off the inevitability of said murder. This new expansion, entitled The Old Hunters, comes to us via Sony’s presentation during the Tokyo Game Show this week, including a trailer as well as a release date of November 24th of this year, just in time for the holiday game rush. Not much is known about the story of The Old Hunters, however from the trailer it looks to be less DLC, and more proper expansion. What is known is that the darkest secrets of Byrgenwerth have come to the surface, and players will need to venture even further into the city of Yharnam, to a place where the hunters of old are forever trapped.
Bloodborne is a PlayStation 4 exclusive, and while not quite as difficult as other From Software games like Dark Souls, made a breakout success and received critical acclaim when it was released back in March. Check out the new trailer below.
