Doom’s Second Paid Expansion Is Out Now

id Software has released new content for Doom today. The game’s second paid expansion, Hell Followed introduces new multiplayer content, a new enemy and more.

According to the developer, Hell Followed adds Argent Breach, Molten, and Orbital as new multiplayer maps. Additionally, the new DLC debuts a new demon, Cacodemon, a new weapon, the Reaper, as well as Threat Pulse equipment. Lastly, Hell Followedbrings in new armor sets, colors, patterns, taunts, as well as new hack modules.

Those who purchased Doom‘s season pass will have automatic access to the new content, which is priced at $40. However, if you wish to purchase Hell Forward separately you can do so for only $15. Currently, id Software has yet to release any new information on the game’s third expansion.

To celebrate the release of Hell Followed, the developer has announced a double XP weekend. The weekend kicks off on Friday, October 28th at 12 p.m. EST (9 a.m. PST) and will conclude the same time on Monday, October 31st.
