Fallout 4 Asks if Charisma Makes You S.P.E.C.I.A.L.

Bethesda has released the next installment in their weekly S.P.E.C.I.A.L. series of informative videos, this week centered around C for Charisma. Charisma is for the folks who want to dive right into the cesspool of the wasteland and start making some friends. It’s not a pleasant land out there, but if you’ve got some high Charisma, you can convince essentially anyone into anything, be it trading junk for something a little less junk, persuading people into not killing you, or even charming animals into also not killing you. If you’ve got Charisma, you can play the game in ways other than murder and shooting people in the face, perfect for the dashing rogue or slippery thief.

The S.P.E.C.I.A.L. system is Fallout’s stat allotment system, which includes Strength, Perception, Endurance, Charisma, Intelligence, Agility, and Luck. Next week we’ll explore Intelligence, leading up to the game’s eventual release this November 10th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC. Check out the new video below.
