Halo 5: Guardians’ Forge Mode Will Receive A Major Update

Microsoft announced that Halo 5: Guardians’ Forge tools will have its own content browser on Windows 10. The announcement was made during the Rooster Teeth-Run RTX convention this past weekend.

According to the publisher, the content browser will make its debut on the Windows 10 launch of Forge, however, Microsoft has confirmed that in order to take full advantage of this new feature, you will have to have a copy of Halo 5: Guardians in your possession. You can check out a preview of what the new browser will look like below.

Alongside the new content browser update, Forge will be the only Halo 5: Guardians feature coming to Windows 10 PCs. This will allow players to create their own original content easier, with the use a keyboard and mouse. However, it is worth noting that this will not replace the Xbox One version of the game, despite this the new feature will allow you to test run on your PC.

Forge, otherwise known as Halo 5: Guardians Edition will arrive on Windows 10 later this year, free of charge. While Xbox One owners will receive the new feature at a later date.
