Here Are The PC Requirements For Halo 5: Forge

With Halo 5: Forge set to arrive early next month on Windows 10 many are curious to know what the hardware requirements are. 343 Industries recently shared the minimum, recommended, and ultra specs are.

According to a recent post on Halo Waypoint, the developer announced what type of hardware PC users will need to run the upcoming title. All the requirements can be found below:

Minimum

  • OS: Windows 10 Anniversary
  • DirectX: DirectX 12
  • CPU: Intel Core i5 or AMD equivalent
  • GPU: GeForce 650ti
  • VRAM: 2 GB
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • HDD: 40 GB

Recommended

  • OS: Windows 10 Anniversary
  • DirectX: DirectX 12
  • CPU: Intel Core i5 3750K or AMD equivalent
  • GPU: GeForce 970
  • VRAM: 4 GB
  • RAM: 12 GB
  • HDD: 40 GB

Ultra

  • OS: Windows 10 Anniversary
  • DirectX: DirectX 12
  • CPU: Intel Core i7-4770K or AMD equivalent
  • GPU: GeForce 980ti
  • VRAM: 6 GB
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • HDD: 40 GB

The PC port of Halo 5: Forge will include full keyboard mouse and 4K resolution support. In addition, the PC version of forge will introduce a new content browser, allowing users to create and show off their forge maps the option, as well as the option to play with your creations with some buddies via custom games. Halo 5: Forge will be available September 8th.
