Here’s When Konami Will Show Us Our First Look At Metal Gear Survive
Konami has just announced when fans can access their first look at Metal GearSurvive‘s gameplay. According to the publisher, the first look at the upcoming entry in the Metal Gear series will be showcased at the Tokyo Game Show this weekend.
A sneak peak at the gameplay footage is set to be shown via Konami’s YouTube channel on Saturday, September 17th at 4:15 p.m. JST (9:15 p.m. ET/12:15 a.m. PT). The developer also announced that the upcoming gameplay trailer “will include brand new information about the upcoming title.”
Originally announced last month at Gamescom, Metal Gear Survive is an upcoming co-op stealth, action survival game. Shortly after the events of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes, the upcoming entry is set in an alternate reality, where players find themselves in a post apocalyptic world chopped full of feral, zombie-like adversaries. According to the Konami, the game will explore “a divergent look at the familiar Metal Gear themes and pursues a fresh spirit of exploration in unique gameplay mechanics.”
Konami hopes to launch Metal Gear Survive sometime in 2017. The game will be available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
