Time to Save Gotham Once Again as Rocksteady Announce Batman: Arkham Knight!

Rocksteady have announced a new installment in the Arkham series today. Batman: Arkham Knight was given to us with an incredible shiny trailer and the final box art.

Arkham Knight has a bigger map with all new areas of Gotham City to explore. With the huge map and wider streets, the gameplay has been adapted to fit the driving element in smoothly with Batman’s grappling and gliding abilities.

Rocksteady are really looking to blow Arkham Knight out of the water and set high expectations for what could possibly be Batman’s last Arkham adventure.  Chasing down villains such as Scarecrow, Harley Quinn, Two Face and Penguin, Batman is sure in for a treat. Pre-order bonuses have also been announced in which you are given 4 challenge maps and a playable Harley Quinn!

The trailer plays at almost 4 minutes long and is narrated by Thomas Wayne – Bruce Wayne’s father. To avoid spoiling any more for you, watch the trailer below!

Batman: Arkham Knight is being released onto the Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC. Carrying a release date of TBD 2014, we can expect a set date at some point in the next few months.
