Sailor Moon is one of the most iconic anime franchises of all time. Many of us remember growing up watching the sailor scouts in action, while choosing a specific scout to devote ourselves to and claim to be our favorite. While the sailors scouts represent good, there is also evil, and that definitely resides in Black Lady, cosplayed here by Bazinga Cosplay. Bazinga Cosplay looks sultry and dark as Black Lady, making for one perfect cosplay.
