Platinum Games is one of my favorite game developers of all time, making such amazing games such as MadWorld, Metal Gear Rising: Revegeance, the Bayonetta series, and now a new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game. Okay, that last one hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, but there’s no question that it’s going to happen, as said achievements for the game have been leaked.
Over on the website Xbox Achievements, which keeps track of all in-game Xbox achievements, all of the achievements for this new Turtles game (called Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants in Manhattan) have been revealed. Of course the achievements can spoil key parts of the game, so look at the list at your own risk. The page also lists the developer as Platinum and the publisher as Activision, which makes sense as Activision owns the video game making rights. Not only that, but with the new TMNT movie set to come out this year, it makes sense that someone would want a Turtles game to release as well.
We won’t know anything until Platinum or Activison say something official, but for now it looks like it’s no longer of question if this game is real, but when we’ll be getting it. In any case, Platinum was working on it, and that’s enough to get me excited for it.
