Anime series Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt aired in Japan in 2010, proving to be quite a huge success, even extending its popularity to here in North America thanks to streaming services such as Crunchyroll. Panty & Stocking followed the story of two sisters that once were angels but due to their lack of obedience and good behavior, they were forced out of Heaven. These two sisters were filled with color and wonderful costumes, making them perfect candidates for cosplay.
Cosplayer ShallonWhoa is one of the many cosplayers who have taken on characters from the Panty & Stocking series, but hers truly stands out amongst the crowd. Teaming up with Bits Photography to create some absolutely gorgeous photos, Shallon has created a cosplay that we are totally enraptured by.
