A Bloody Awesome Fleshmaiden Alice Cosplay!

The tale of Alice in Wonderland is a classic tale and has been an initial source of inspiration for games designers, writers, artists, and so on, having seen multiple renditions over the years such as comic books and even a few widely known video games. These games being American McGee’s Alice and Alice: The Madness Returns.

Alice lived a peaceful and comfortable life with her father Arthur, her mother, older sister Elizabeth and her kitty cat Dinah. Fast foward a few years. After being relesed from Rutledge Asylum in Victorian London 1875, Alice finds herself under the watchful eyes of Dr Angus Bumby. Deemed safe enough to return to a normal life, Alice is haunted by her traumatic childhood, mainly the deaths of her family members in a fire. She returns to Wonderland in the hopes of security and comfort but unfortunately the madness returns to her and so does a new threat in the form of the Infernal Train. To save Wonderland, Alice must face this new evil head on and embark on a side quest to find out the mysterious deaths of her family members if she wants to keep the last shreds of her precious sanity.

One of the many things to love about cosplay is the cosplayer’s ability to turn one thing into something epic. A cola bottle, for example, could be a jet pack or even the mask of beloved Quarian from the Mass Effect trilogy, Tali’Zorah Vas Normandy. Russian cosplayer JasDisney has done something truly epic with her Alice cosplay, constructing a remarkable Fleshmaiden dress from Madness Returns. Whatever she has used to create an intestine styled dress has worked fantastically. And the end result? A fantastic and bloody awesome Alice Lidell cosplay.
