“Dragon’s Dogma Online” Trademarked in Japan, US, and Europe

In the beginning of December, the European Union had a trademark for the game Dragon’s Dogma Online filed by Capcom. But it turns out that the same trademark had also been filed for the United States and Japan!

We don’t know much about this game or if it is even going to really happen, but we do know that this Trademark debacle has everyone talking. Some speculate that the IP has to be protected from infringement and that is why they have registered in more than one country. However, filing in just one country should take care of that issue. We have high hopes for this game, even though Capcom has their lips sealed on this one. So the fans will just have to wait for the official announcement of this new Dragon’s Dogma game. Either way the fans are excited for this game, as long as it isn’t a mobile game.
