Nintendo Releases The Wonderful 101 Trailer!

A lot of news came out of Nintendo yesterday, a lot of which came in the form of Wii U announcements and trailers to get early adopters of the system salivating. One such trailer is The Wonderful 101, a game that looks amazing even though I can hardly describe what kind of game it is. It almost looks a bit like Pikmin, with you controlling a massive number of smaller characters. The characters in this one are individual superheroes that are fighting off an alien threat and can join together to form giant swords and other weapons. There is of course more info about the game out there, but the trailer reveals very little as to how the game actually works. What it does do, however, is make me want the game. Right now.

The Wonderful 101 was originally announced to be within the Wii U’s launch window which extended from the launch date to the end of March, so expect the game within a month or so pending any delays.
