Payday 2 Shotgun DLC Pack Launching for PC Tonight

There will be a shotgun DLC pack for Payday 2 being released tonight for $4.99. So if you were incredibly disappointed with the shotgun choices that came as standard, you’ll be happy with this release!

This is the seventh DLC pack that’s been released for the shooter and comes with three new shotguns and accessories. You’ll now be able to swap ammunition type too. Along with this, you get four new masks, materials and patterns, one of which includes a monkey design.

The seventh DLC pack for PAYDAY 2 is released today and finally it’s all about shotguns. Three new ones with accessories are available and are ideal to use in close combat.For the first time ever players can replace their ammunition, affecting weapon functionality.” reads the announcement.

“As always we introduce four new masks with related materials and patterns, this time with a monkey design. We know this is a long – awaited DLC pack and look forward to our players’ reactions when they get hold of this.”

The new DLC will be available tonight on PC through Steam and other online distributors. The console release for this DLC hasn’t been announced, but hopefully it will appear soon.

Payday 2 is out on PC, PlayStation 3and Xbox 360. Next gen ports for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 are coming sometime in the future with the Crimewave Edition, but a date is not specified yet.
