Dark Souls 2 Prologue Video and New Screenshots Have Arrived!

Bandai Namco have released a prologue trailer and some yummy looking screenshots. In the past week, we’ve been given a release date for the second game in the Dark Souls series – April 25th on PC across Europe. For PS3 and Xbox 360, it’s March 11th in North America and March 14th in Europe.

Alongside this, we also saw a Dark Souls 2 collectors edition being released. This comes in many different forms. The Dark Souls 2 Black Armour Edition sports a metal casing and the official soundtrack. Now for the big daddy of the two… The Dark Souls Collectors Edition comes complete with the Black Armour Edition, a 12-inch warrior statue, art book, map and the official soundtrack. If you do choose to pre-order, you’ll also get early access to the Black Armour Weapon Packs.

The prologue trailer gives off an amazing sense of creepiness and sets a heavy atmosphere. It looks incredible. Check out the chilling video below.
