Editor’s Pick of the Week: An Insanely Amazing Harley Quinn Cosplay

For this week’s Editor’s Pick, we have none other than the amazing, quirky, totally insane Harley Quinn.  Harley Quinn is more popular than ever right now, with her upcoming film debut in the Suicide Squad movie, along with her appearance in the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight.  We just can’t get enough Harley– and neither can cosplayers!
