Blizzard Details Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls Collector’s Edition

With the upcoming expansion Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls, Blizzard Entertainment has revealed all the details on what you can expect if you decide to pick up the Collector’s Edition. Looking to give gamers a bang for their buck, this edition comes packed in with loads of content. Those who opt for the Collector’s Edition will receive a disc copy for both Mac and Windows PC, a soundtrack on CD, a two disc “Behind the Scenes” feature on Blu-ray/DVD, and a hardcover copy of The Art of Reaper of Souls.

While there are a bevy of physical goods, there are also a number of digital perks that Collector’s Edition buyers will find. Spanning across three different Blizzard games, the digital goods they are offered are in-game content exclusive to the expansion. For Diablo 3, players will get the Spectral Hound Minion, ageless helms, and Malthael-themed weapons. World of Warcraft fans will be happy to get the Treasure Goblin pet, and Starcraft 2 will receive Crusader portraits and Malthael decals. Both editions will cost $79.99, and while the physical edition is only available for pre-order at specific retailers, the pre-order is available for digital now. Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls launches on March 25.
