Check Out These New Overwatch Gameplay Previews

Blizzard’s Overwatch has been getting a lot of attention this week, with new gameplay videos being posted surrounding two of the many new characters coming to their arena shooter. Zeyatta is a mystical warrior who uses magical spheres to attack his foes, with spiritual arts fueling his attacks creating an interesting blend of the magical and the futuristic.

Mercy however prefers to leave the fighting up to her friends, instead using her magical staff to heal her allies and keep them well buffed, fighting from the back and making sure the fight never stops. Both characters bring their value to the battlefield in different ways, and Blizzard has put in some major work to make sure that gameplay is as varied as it can be.

Overwatch is expected to hit beta later this year, and marks the first new franchise from Blizzard in over 17 years. We can expect a ton more gameplay videos surrounding the game’s many, many characters, so stay tuned.
