As we get closer to the release of Super Mario Maker, more info for the game is coming out. Today, Nintendo released a short video showing off the four styles that players can play with and make their own Mario levels.
While the short video, which you can check out below, is in Japanese, it still shows off what makes each of the four styles unique, including the physics, the special abilities, like the Dash meter in Super Mario Bros. 3 and the Spin Jump in Super Mario World, and what items and powerups show up in each style, such as the Feather in Super Mario World or the Propeller Suit in New Super Mario Bros. U. In addition, the amiibo support was shown, which when activated, lets players transform Mario into unique characters, such as Link and Bowser.
Super Mario Maker is set to come out exclusively on the Wii U on September 11th.
