“Under The Dome” New Footage: Dead Cows, Flaming Wreckage and Jeff Fahey

Dean Norris, star of the upcoming television adaptation of Stephen King’s “Under The Dome”, has tweeted a “vine” video with some new footage from the series. Though the video is a mere six seconds long, we are able to see quite a few things in that time. Photos Below!

Notably we see a bisected cow, most likely cut in half by the dome. We see a flaming wreckage of a plane, and we see Jeff Fahey (Lost) in what looks to be a police uniform.

Just in case you are unfamiliar with Under The Dome’s plot, here is a quick synopsis.

“Under The Dome” focuses on a small town that is suddenly cut off from the rest of the world by a giant, mysterious, clear dome. The town must deal with living in this new world while trying to uncover who put the dome there, and why?

Norris is set to star as Big Jim, a man who takes control of the town after the dome is in place. Other cast members include Chad Vogel, Jolene Purdy, Nicholas Strong, Britt Robertson, Aisha Hinds, Alex Koch, Natalie Martinez and Colin Ford.

It has been confirmed that the first episode is directed by the talented, Niels Arden Opev (“The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”, original). The 13-part series will premiere on CBS on June 24th 2013.
